BMD Books is an independent online journal. Reading notes, thoughtful book discussions and practical ways to care for the collection you live with.
Our subject and approach
BMD Books is an independent reading and book-care journal. We are not a publisher’s official catalogue or an online bookshop, and illustrative examples are not reviews of books we have not read.
We favour clear explanations, useful examples and references readers can follow. We distinguish a source’s findings from an editorial suggestion and label fictional examples explicitly.
Keep the conversation useful
